At Ochiss, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that online shopping can sometimes be tricky, and a product might not always meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please adhere to the following guidelines:


1. Notify us: Contact our support team at https://ochiss.com/pages/contact or Support@ochiss.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide your order details and reason for return.


2. Return in original condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any products showing signs of usage or damage may not qualify for a refund.


3. Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Any item returned to us without authorization will not be accepted.

 


4. Refund process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 - 10 business days.
Please note that certain products, such as personalized items, wigs, hair extensions, perishables, and final sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. All refunds are subject to inspection.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, Hair and wigs). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
